Supplier Setup fee (once only charge)

$1320.00 (GST Inc) includes:
OrderSeek B2C and B2B Ordering.
Site based on OrderSeek store template or functional clone template from customer web site.
Shopping Links provided if customer has their own Information Web Site.
Contacts Page, Shipping Page, How to Order Page, Privacy/Security Page, Login Page.
Total OrderSeek Staff labour time allowance 6 hours.

Customer is required to supply the following:
Company Logo and general site data.
All Category and Product images, text and data.
Input all category, product and customer data via Supplier Admin.

Supplier Site Hosting Monthly Charge

Monthly $88.00 (GST Inc)
Product Total: 0-300 Items
Traffic: 0-1000 Show Items Page requests *

Additional Charges

Additional Package requirements not indicated, will be quoted to Customer.
Traffic: $22.00 (GST Inc) Extra Block 1000 Show Items Page requests.
Labour time: $88 (GST Inc) per hour for all additional setup time and ongoing requirements which involve OrderSeek Staff.
Domain Name Registration, Domain Name Hosting, Email Hosting and URL Forwarding to OrderSeek System not included.

Terms

All prices are Inclusive of GST.
Payment for Additional Programming Services is strictly 30 days.
Payment of setup fee is required at completion of site setup.
Supplier Site Hosting Monthly Charge is Billed in 3 month blocks in advance.
OrderSeek reserves the right to alter the rate of charges at any time.
